Your Balance represents the amount of credit held by AltroScambio on behalf of the account currently viewing this information.

You can access a detailed overview of your Balance from the Account Menu by selecting Balance.

In practical terms, the Balance reflects the net result of your activity on the platform, combining:

• Sales transactions (credited as positive amounts)

• Purchases and other debits (recorded as negative amounts)

Where your Balance includes funds generated through completed sales, any eligible amounts will be paid out in accordance with the provisions set out in the AltroScambio Payments Policy. Once a payout has been processed, the corresponding amount will be deducted from the Balance displayed in your account.

The lower section of the Balance page provides a detailed breakdown explaining how the displayed amount has been calculated.

EARNINGS

This section lists sales transactions that have been successfully completed and finalized.

Except in exceptional circumstances—such as a payment dispute initiated within the limits permitted by law or other unforeseen situations requiring further review—amounts displayed under Earnings represent revenue that has been successfully collected.

Each entry includes details of the corresponding sale, allowing you to understand exactly how the amount was generated.

You may also find credits, bonuses, or promotional rewards granted by AltroScambio, including those issued under the terms described in the Gift Card Policy.

In summary, the Earnings section represents funds that have already been earned and successfully recognized on your account.

PROCESSING

This section includes sales transactions that have not yet reached final completion.

Examples may include orders that are:

• Still in transit or awaiting delivery

• Subject to the statutory withdrawal period available to consumers

• Temporarily suspended or otherwise pending completion

Once a transaction successfully completes all applicable stages of the sales process, it will automatically be transferred from Processing to Earnings and removed from this section.

In practical terms, Processing represents income that is expected to become available in the near future, provided that the transaction concludes successfully.

REFERRAL REWARDS

If you participate in the AltroScambio affiliate or referral program, this section will display the earnings generated through your promotional activities and referrals.

Any commissions, rewards, or incentives earned through eligible referrals will be listed here until they are recognized within your account balance according to the applicable program rules.

EXPENSES

As described in the AltroScambio Payments Policy, your Balance may be used as a payment method for eligible purchases made on the platform.

The Expenses section records any transactions in which your available Balance has been used to pay for products, services, or other eligible purchases.

These amounts represent deductions that reduce your overall available Balance.
