AltroScambio allows purchases to be made in two ways:

• Registered User

• Guest User

Both registered users and guest visitors can complete a purchase using the same checkout process.

The main difference lies in the level of support and convenience available. Since AltroScambio already stores the information associated with a registered account, customer service requests can be handled more quickly and efficiently. For guest purchases, only the minimum information required to complete the transaction is collected and stored.

If you choose to shop as a Guest User without creating an account, we recommend reviewing our Guest Privacy Policy for more information about how your data is handled.

Before making a purchase, registered users must sign in to their account. Guest users, on the other hand, can browse the catalog and shop without registering.

Once you have selected the items you wish to purchase, simply add them to your shopping cart.

Important: AltroScambio offers products from multiple sellers. Your shopping cart can include items from different vendors, and we will coordinate shipping to ensure your order is delivered as efficiently as possible.

Completing Your Purchase

After building your cart, follow these steps to complete your order:

1. Proceed to Checkout.

2. Choose how you would like to receive your order:

   • Home Delivery – Your order will be shipped to the address you provide during checkout or to the address saved in your account. Delivery charges may apply.

   • Pickup Point Collection – Your order will be delivered to the pickup location you select. You can then collect it at your convenience.

3. Enter your billing information:

   • You may use the same address provided for delivery.

   • Alternatively, you can specify a different billing address for your receipt or invoice. Registered users can save and manage multiple shipping and billing addresses within their account.

4. Confirm the shipping method. At this stage, you will see the applicable shipping costs.

5. Select your payment method. Please note that different payment methods may have different fees, so choose the option that best suits your needs.

6. Review the order summary.

7. Complete the payment.

That's it!

If your purchase is successful, you will see an on-screen confirmation and receive an email containing your order details.

From there, all you need to do is wait for your order to be delivered to your chosen address or pickup location.

For digital products, no shipping charges apply. Once your purchase has been completed, you will receive instructions on how to download and access your content immediately.
